Sharing my Personal Experience.
I am a geek type of guy, so before buying furniture from Evok, I did a lot of research, and came to these Conclusions.
1.) Evok have the best quality of Furniture, you can buy.
2.) They Specialise in making Solid Wood products, and u will not feel Cheated, I bought a Solid Wood Wardrobe and it’s the best quality they have Delivered at the discounted price.
3.) Their Service is not the Best, but it’s good, sometime late replies, but they are Improving(I guess).
4.) Delivery time is Nice, If they are saying to deliver it in 1 Week, Expect a delay of 1-2 days, but it’s worth waiting because you get the value for your Money
I have bought many products from them and they never compromise on the Quality.
Overall, on the scale of 5, I’ll rate it 4.5.
