Think three times least before heading to EVOK store. I bought a well 3 piece sofa with leather black look spending 45k to give a good and comfortable look for my new house. No doubut in first look I bought it and start using.
With three months my wife realized that sofa leather is cracking from seating area and slowly it started cracking in whole area in one piece of 3.I approached cutomercare to get this fix. They open a case and handed over me case id.Which was closed three times without any solution.
When I started chasing customer care diverted phone to area sales guy which directly said that these sofa product are discontinued and they wont be able to help. I tried my best and went to bring them down. I felt simply cheated and they were very succeeded into. I went to Police station and lodged FIR against JP nagar police station and handed over FIR number to customer care.
They started running and picked sofa and kept it one month.I started chasing again and later they responded since we don’t give guarantee for leather product, we will charge money 25K against repair. Later again they saying they don’t have that materiel. I included Sales guys name in FIR and they started calling and threatening me. Somehow they agreed to replace it with different leather material.
This took me more than 6 months to get this job done.Now other two piece of safa started showing same damage and leather skin is cracked from everywhere. I still feel these bastered cheated me everywhere. Not just this sofa , same time i bough one TV cabinet with 32K which was told imported from Malaysia.And every days i have to get these screw fix and tight.
Please my humble request, do not go with EVOK else u will regret just like me. Spend your money for right product and right place with right service. Dont spend your hard earning money for such cheater and burgler. I am preparing to go to consumer court and filing a case against their PAN india service head. Regds, Satendra Pandey Bangalore
