I just cannot ignore these false reviews anymore whereas I want to share my Exalt Consulting’s experience with you all. First I get registered, within a week interview was scheduled to me. I was not selected in the first three interviews and clicked on the fourth one. Between this they updated me through mail and also by phone. Finally as I was selected in the fourth interview and have been working as Digital Marketing Manager since 2 years, placed by Exalt Consulting. I knows very well which one is negative/positive review.
The truth is that the people like self entitled, spoiled and had no accountability will post such false and negative reviews for any company. Also it is common to point fingers and place blame when they don’t succeed. It’s in their nature.
Because of sites like this used mostly by disgruntled employees and people who are paid to write negative reviews. As, employer feels trapped.
At other side there are plenty of people who have had great experiences with Exalt Consulting but do not post reviews because they are busy in working and moving their careers forward. So, unless and until experiencing yourself do not go/believe in any of the rumors/reviews.
