We were informed that your representative would visit the residence on 31.08.2005 but regret to state your representative has not visited the above site till date.
Please look into the matter immediately and ensure that your representative visits above site without any further delay.

To-date I have neither got a call back, and each time I call the hep desk I get transferred to a new number. I have sent out multiple emails and faxes again with no response. I wonder in a competitive world of today how companies can take their customers for granted.?????
