knowledge of the support technicians is hopeless, they have an universal solution for all problems "restart the router" or "try after 30 min, if the problem persists we’ll send a technician, then they close the office". the technicians always seem to be unavailable due to Tea, Lunch, or "on leave".
The silver lining is their plans, which are quite economical at the high end plans, Hence the single star.

Gamers please be away this connection, as there is lag even for the most basic of the games like slither io and agar io leave alone graphics intensive high bandwidth games.
I think their bandwidth ratio is very high, the connection speeds in the peak usage times are not even 1/10th of the promised speeds.
