I have face a lot of issues with Excitel. There service is not at all smooth. I put in several tickets out of which two are still open and I had stop using the connection month ago. I have sent several emails requesting for a refund for the upfront amount as was not served as per initial commitment but one has got back to me. I had also copied TRAI on the emails but is does not seems to leave any impact on them. They are just bothered to trick people in buying connections and then trapping them.

I want to log an official complain against Excitel as they have tricked me to use there service and not been able to give service as per the commitment l. The string email is a proof of the about of number or follow ups I have done. They have not got back to me and are not willing to refund my money. They just waiting for the days to end for the period I had paid them. I have not been using there connection for more then a month now. I have attached screen shot where the ticket are open with no progress and they are deducting the days for the paid amount. If I do not receive the refund by the end of this week I will take legal action and send them a notice.
