I had excitel 799 realtime 20 mbps permonth plan
I was faced again and again no connectivity issue as led not show( internet light) .no internet,
Also speed issue.i thought it will not forward in future but problem again.i had 5month to continue this internet service.in 1 month I had faced 10 times problem for a long time every month.
1st I was called to service provider
2nd I was called to customer care also senier customer excutive.
3rd I was wrote a properly mail of excitel.
But there was no good result.
Very bad service and very bad internet.
