Extremely Disappointed with Excitel Broadband's Re

I am deeply disappointed with the unprofessional behavior and lack of response from Excitel Broadband. Despite raising multiple requests for the refund of my ₹;2000 security deposit, it has now been over 4 months with no resolution.

I have made over 50 calls, waited 12 hours on hold each time, and sent more than 30 emails to various official and personal IDs of Excitel employees including:

Not a single person has taken proper action or given me a clear update.

As a working professional, this experience has caused unnecessary mental stress, emotional harassment, and wasted hours of my time. The customer support process is disorganized and seems designed to delay or deny rightful claims.

I strongly urge others to be cautious when dealing with Excitel. If my refund is not processed immediately, I will be forced to escalate this issue legally through local police authorities and consumer protection channels.
