Delay in Connection and Agents talk in a messy way

I am always disturbed with my broadband connection(I don’t want to disclose the name of Internet service provider). So, I decided to get new connection of Excitel broadband because my friends told me about them.


Today morning I visited Excitel Broadband office near Hastal, Uttam Nagar.


Excitel Agent Vinod Kumar(7011988318) told me the broadband plans and then I selected Rs 995 plan. At that time they told me that you are eligible for broadband connection(Area Wise).


I made payment of Rs 995(Plan)+ 500(Installation Charges)+ 115(Tax)= Rs 1610. They told that within two hours we will setup your broadband connection at your given address. I waited 3 to 4 hours but they didn’t came to my address.


After this, I contacted Vinod Kumar(Excitel Agent) regarding my connection but he disconnected my call. Then I visited excitel office, I asked him about my connection.


He replied, "Hum aapke area me broadband connection nhi laga sakte kyuki aapke area me hamari fiber cable nhi lagi hui hai" Then I replied "Ye baat aapko paise lene se pehle btani chahiye thi na". After this conversation he suddenly started talking to me in a messy way. So, I asked him to Return my money with all my installation and tax charges. They wasted my time today.
