Tried Excitel after seeing their plans and promises (big mistake), but in the end just got disappointed and nothing else. They provide nothing in the name of service and support. Only remember you while collecting payments and their regional partners are even worse than them. Excitel does not pay them well and they release all their frustrations on their customers and Excitel does not listen the the Customer’s complaint at all.
The speeds and rate advertised are not worth the trouble and misbehaviour you have to face to use their so called service which they do not provide even after collecting payments from their customers.
Also be vigilante and careful of making advance payments and always verify the charges of anything with the company. Excitel Regional Partners overcharge the customers for every service they provide. I’ve filed a consumer complaint for the same. Excitel advertises something and demands something else after collecting initial payment or they forfeit the already paid amount by the customer.
