Hello friends, I am an resident of khairthabad the sales representive came to my home and said the rates and plans whith best speeds in low rates that to in monthly plans by listening to them I was very intrested to take a internet connection from Excitel broadband.Friends after that day the showed me hell it taken 18 days to give a connection after that for two days the sped was good what they said exactly the third day there is no internet.i called the customer service times and times but no use at last they came at the bill date not rectified the issue so brother dont use it.
I dont want to give atleast one star also but it is not taking thats why iam giving one star
