This is one of those rare colognes that can actually be used by teens and adult women.
I discovered Exclamation (forgive me for not putting in all the cutesy punctuation), when a friend of mine used it in high school, and I’ve been using it ever since. It’s hard to describe the scent, I’m not really great at differentiating between the different ’’hues’’ of a perfume, but I’ll give it my best shot.
Exclamation has a very slight musk scent, overlaid with a floral and a touch of the orient. I have not idea WHICH floral, so don’t ask. Possibly jasmine. This is truly a go anywhere scent. With jeans, it seems to
take on a lighter, flirty aroma, while with a fancier outfit it’s incredibly sexy (just ask my husband).
Exclamation lasts, too. A spritz in the morning, and you can still smell it that evening, but it’s not overpowering when you put it on.
I still haven’t figured out how this cologne does it chameleon act. In high school, it smelled light, but with a touch of sophistication, not inappropriate at all for a teen. When my 10 year old puts on a squirt, it smells fine on her, too, not too ’’grown up’’. But on an adult, it takes on a completely different smell. Last month, we took my in-laws out for dinner, and I complimented my mother-in-law on the WONDERFUL
fragrance she was wearing. It was Exclamation, the same thing I and my daughter were also wearing!
This is a truly exceptional fragrance, that smells great (and different) and anyone of any age that wears it. If you’ve been shunning ’’cheap’’ fragrances, try out a tester then next time you’re in the store!
