Please don’t ever invest or take policy with Exide Life Insurance.I have made life insurance in Exide Life Insurance for 7 year and my maturity will be after 13 year.And if you want to close your policy after 7 year 3.6 year the company will take the 50% of you total premium paid you will get only the 50% of your invested amount which is the worst part of this Insurance.So after the policy payment term 7 year.I will be waiting for the 13 year the company is giving me only the 10k extra for that Rs.184, 000.Even the customer care are less experience as they cannot able to explain my queries even the relationship manager is not cooperative he doesn’t provide any update of maturity amount and date.Really I had very bad experience with Exide Life Insurance.I would like to advice everyone don’t choose this Exide Life Insurance go with some better Insurance company.I am really not happy with this Insurance.
