I had taken a life Insurance policy from Exide life in the year 2017 with annual premium amount of Rs.65, 000/-. with 12 years terms when the financial adviser and Sales Manager explained about policy he has given all the false details with wrong calculation. Agent informed me that my family will get huge amount around 40 to 45 lacs in case of risk
Today when I made enquiry for 2nd premium of my policy, I came to know that I will get only approximately Rs.6, 50, 000/- which is really unfair. Its totally cheating. You should not employ such Agents who will miss guide customers by giving false promises. I am totally upset.
just imagine where is 40 lacs and where is 6 lacs
immediately I called the SM and questioned about it but he lied, 1st he said that I never say any amount but later on he called and saying that I explained about term policy that one can get 40lacs its a small mistake

WHEN I DECIDED TO PAY 50K PER ANNUM HE SAID NO PAY 65K YOU WILL GET MORE BENFITS AND 40LACS RISK COVERAGE.
NOW HE CHANGED HIS WORDS.
before taking policy I clearly mentioned in case of risk my family should get lumsum amount they agreed and they explained directly about life new fulfill policy. same time I haven given all the documents and my card.WITHOUT ANY DOUBT JUST TRUSTED THE PERSON AND COMPANY.
Now he saying that, we say 100 how can you trust blindly like that. you must check before, that was your mistake. and he is asking for proofs if anything on paper otherwise not to argue.
so to make policy to make money you can say anything right?
