I had a very bad experience of Exide life insurance. management is giving so much presser on a new employee. they are hiring people only to do their own policy. if you want to join this so you should have money otherwise you will not survive. no log and happy job.I would say the only pro this company has is that it has a decent Head Quarter. You could lose half day’s salary by missing 9 hours by 1 second. Work is not professionally challenging. Too much dependence on external agencies. Employees are not valued.
