I booked a flight for Istanbul from Mumbai for 17th august and return on 28th August. I did this booking on the 22nd of June.
I got the booking confirmation after completing my transaction through netbanking.
On 5th of July, I checked my itinerary on expedia. It showed that my ticket hadnt been booked. I had received no intimation of this booking failure. Who will reimburse the price difference between then and now?
What if I had checked my itinerary in August?
And on top of this, expedia customer care says it is not their fault.
