Their customer service is a joke. Once they receive the money, you are on your own. I called customer service and was transferred 6 times, then got hung up on, called again and more transfers. Finally got somebody, couldnt understand them. Very frustrating. And never book a vacation early to try and get good prices because if the prices change, guess what, you will have to pay the difference at the counter. And if you call them from a foreign country, after being transferred numerous times, they will tell you that the issue is out of their control and cant help you.
I booked a hotel in Hawaii, requested 2 queen size beds. Came to find out that the hotel only had twin beds and didnt even have rooms with queen beds. Called expedia who told me that they could change hotels but that I would have to pay the difference which ended up being $300 more. They booked it knowing I needed 2 queen size beds. Hate this company.
