I have worked for this company for about two years and found that if I want to stagnate my career further, I should stay with Expertus. If I have to detail the reasons why one should not join the company, well I can list numerous reasons. However, here’s quoting the top ones.
At the end of the day, all of us work for money. Yes and thats the least u get from here. They don’t pay salaries ontime and still worse, they don’t even take onus for the delay. All you need to do is wait and wonder when you’ll get it. This is the least professional approach towards dealing a crisis.
They quote a huge sum as performance-linked payment in your package to blow up the CTC figure, which we wouldn’t realize at first. And later you’ll learn that the number exists only in paper forever. They didn’t pay the so called performance linked pay for the past three years and the best is, no one has the answer when they’ll get it.
Performance Appraisals.
This is probably the only organization that has a secret performance appraisal program. They conduct appraisals only for a few people and give hike only for a few and yes inform the rewardees that "Do not tell anyone", however the entire world will know that only a few got it and rest are left waiting for a life time.
0% transparency. Every company faces a tough time, agreed. But when you are responsible for so many employees, you need to communicate the current situation and the future action plan proposed. But, no one knows their future here.
Lay Offs - I have seen one of the layoffs thats least in integrity only out here. Pink slips were issued, again discreetly. And no valid reasons were quoted as to why one is laid off.6. Best of all is they always speak optimistic. They say the best is yet to come. God knows whether anything like that really exists here.
