I’m a manufacturer and exporter of spice products . I was really impressed with the idea of a b2b portal and I wanted to sign up . I had requested to talk to someone who speaks English or Tamil as I dont speak hindi and the person who had picked up the call was speaking to me in hindi .so I was transferred to a person named sugumar. I had to told him that our factory would take some time to open and I would sign up after 2 months . This person was so rude and had told me that i am wasting his time . Thanks to sugumar and his behaviour I had finally understood that this is a company run by complete rookies and a fraudulent one . If not for sugumar I would have paid the amount . A small advice to the company if you want to take money from a person at least put a kind and patient person who will talk to the customers and not a person like sugumar .he even told us that it would be hard to remember our details after 2 months . How on earth will this person call me regarding orders If he can’t even remember a prospecting client. Anyways thank you sugumar for saving me rs 24000 of my hard earned money .
