Wonderful location and a great brand backing, still Express Hyundai fails to create a good feel in you. I am no one to judge upon their services to new buyers as I don’t have a buying experience from them. But with respect to service I can quite strongly state that they are not so competent. I have visited them for some 4-5 times and never has my experience been great.
With respect to timeliness, if it is a regular service, they’ll meet the commitments, but in the unfortunate event of you having to get your car there for some serious repairs, they will let you down.
Pricing cannot be commented upon because it should be the rates fixed by Hyundai and not them.
Coming to the skills of the staff, this is where this enterprise scores least. their staff are polite - full marks to them on that, but when it comes to resolving the issues, they are quite under-skilled. If you ever have to go into a service station for the same issue twice within a span of 1 week, that shows the incompetence of the staff and I have had this experience with them.
I wouldn’t recommend this service station to any fellow Hyundai owner because for me more than the glitz of the shop, the competence of the mechanics matters. and here they have let me down, not once, not twice but always.
