I had to move my household things from Pune to Hyderabad. I checked online and ezmoves came as first link.On checking with them I got a good feeling when they explained their services.
I was receiving atleast 4 to 5 calls everyday till in finalised in 3 days.Once I decided to go with them and transferred the money, I didnt get a single call from them. No one point of contact nothing the transporter luckily was good and the entire coordination was happening with him
I didnt get my receipt of payment, I was calling them umpteem times. At one point of time, my car and material was taken by the transporter yet I had no receipt from EZmove.
I kept calling and mailing them.After a lot of follow up I got my receipt but yet I haven’t received my bill of anything.I dont think so I would work with ezmove again.
