Recently I hired the services of Ezmovers for shifting my house from Faridabad to Hosur . They are the service providers who tie up with different packers & movers for carrying out the packing & shifting(business model is similar like Flipkart, Amazon) . For my shifting ezmovers provided service of Delight Relocation(Packers & Movers) Private Limited . All these fellows(Ezmovers & Delight relocation) promises the best of services like everyone else but needless to say I was very disappointed with the service . Ezmovers also promised lot of services but half of the promises were not kept . When the packers(Delight) came for packing of items, they came with old/ used packing material . I tried calling reresentative of Ezmover but they didn’t answered the call . Everything started to go wrong from thereon . Few items were not even packed / wrapped due to lack of packing material . Next day Ezmovers answered the call and assured that all the remaining items will be packed at their warehouse and they will send the photos to confirm the same . Photos were sent after 3 days but of some other items. Finally those things were delivered to me without any packing .
Worst experience with Delight relocation . I gave a post dated cheque for 20% of amount which was supposed to be replaced by fresh cheque / cash at the time of delivery(80% was paid at the time of booking itself) but these fellows forged the date on PDC and encashed it before delivering the items at my new destination . They are cheats who cant be believed .
Lot of items were damaged and since last 10 days I am waiting to get some refund through insurance but nothing is moving .
