I booked Pune Delhi jet konnect flight at ezeego for 4th Nov. Paid Rs 5292 from SBI Credit card. After getting through the credit card payment, I couldn’t see the ticket. When I again logged into my account to my surprise it was taking ages to open the account. After it opened I could not find my ticket anywhere. They didn’t even mail tickets to ur ids.I really felt like cheated. This was the first time I booked ticket on ezeego. I am really wondering whether the ticket is booked or will I get my money back..They are Real cheaters..Worst customer care ever..
