Transaction failure not refunded since a month

I had a very bad experience with ezeego1.


I had tried to book a Bangalore-Delhi ticket online on Jun 4, 2008, which resulted in a transaction failure. But the money, for the ticket(Rs 5162), was debited from my credit card.


Their customer care confirms that there was a payment and the transaction failed, but its been a month(as I am writing this review on July 3, 20008) and the refund has not happened yet.


I have written them many mails and called them many times, but everytime their customer care says that it will take 3 or 7 working days more. They keep generating a new case id, everytime I send them a mail or reply to their mail. There has been no serious effort from them to pay my money back to me.


Still waiting for my refund of Rs 5162.


Ezeego1 sucks.! Beware of their customer care.


I am never going to use ezeego1 again in my life.

Finally the issue got resolved and I have received my refund money.
