Anyone has any contact number for Ezeego1?

I am new to this site and found it tremendously useful. I regret why I did’nt go through this, before booking my tickets.

Well.. now coming to my story...I booked a ticket yesterday for Jet Airways, but when I called Jet Cust Care I was told that my ticket is booked but the Ticket Number is missing and without the Ticket no. the booking may get cancelled at any moment. My repeated attempts to contact the Ezeego1 cust care went in vain; thanks to Vasundhara for putting the email IDs, I have sent an email to them and now waiting for their response.

In the meantime, I tried calling to the number 022- 28529309, but found that it does’nt work anymore. Does anyone have any other contact number?Can anyone tell me what to be done incase my ticket gets cancelled because of their negligence?

Dear Mr. Deb, Firstly please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused to you. We understand that your experience has been far from satisfactory. We acknowledge that the lapse probably must have occurred due to the oversight of our ticketing agent. However, our records state that an alternate booking was done and the tickets for the same were also issued and sent across to you. With regard to the problem of customer service agents not reachable, we would like to inform you that this situation arose because the response to the offer launched was beyond our anticipation. However, now that we have beefed our customer service team, the same is now a thing of past. Further, we would request you to kindly confirm if the resolution provided to you was satisfactory.
