Original - Never ever use this, New - Can be used.

Only if I had checked mouthshut before attempting to buy tickets through ezeego1.com.... :( Giving a rating of 1 as there is nothing less than this.

I fell for their 50% cashback deal, which I now realize via mouthshut that cashback never really materializes.

I tried to purchase tickets from Del-Bangalore via their website but got the "payment failed" message, which I now realise is a standard message that everyone gets.

Then I realised that my credit card has been debited of the amount, which I now realize that is happens with everyone.

SO I called customer care for a refund and was told it would take 7 business days. When I called to enquire the status of the refund, they started asking me for a banking authorization code.

So I am now preping myself for some running around with these idiots as well as consumer courts.
