Ezeego1 -try these landline numbers, if that helps

I tried to book IC 675 320 for nov 13 from Mumbai to Kolkata at 6.10 am

In search results I get price as Rs 4368 while at shopping cart I am shown Rs 6481. And this not for his particular day alone, Try booking INDIAN flights for any day from Mumbai to Kolkata and you will see this mystery.

I have tried to contact them so many times but no response at all from any quarters.

Same poor experience like everybody here. I am trying to reach them since last 4 days and cannot reach through email, phone, or blog. Nobody simply responds. Somehow I found their address and landline numbers you would be astonished to know they don’t respond in those numbers too -

Further, I got this details from website whois records https://whois.domaintools.com/ezeego1.com -

91-022-22709100 - somebody picked the phone and said this is cox&kings, though this number is listed in whois and snapped it. I checked mumbai telephone directory and found this was cox&kings indeed! It seems there is somebody smart enough in Ezeego to give wrong number in domain whois records, so that customrs have no way of reaching them.

Dear Mr. Upadhyay,   We apologize for the inconvenience faced by you while searching for INDIAN fares on our website.   Please note that the fares displayed on the site are sourced from one of the Global Distribution Systems (GDS) that the airline voluntarily participates in.  Any discrepancy in fares is therefore on account of errors / link failures between the GDS and the Airline system (in this case INDIAN) and not due to technical limitations of the Ezeego1 system. However, as is customary in such cases, we proactively inform both the airline and the GDS of the errors. We have done the same in your case as well. With respect to your second observation, we acknowledge that there was an issue initially with respect to getting in touch with our customer Service Team. However, we inform you that we have scaled up the team and the situation is absolutely under control. We hope that we have been able to put your doubts to rest and request you to kindly continue extending your patronage.Kind Regards,Pallavi Garud.
