Did not get refund

Just to add my experience to the list of bad experiences.


I booked in SpiceJet on June 19th, and the ticket did not get generated. However, they debited money from my card(that’s the usual practice - they debit first and then go for the tickets). Its strange that they have my payment reference number in the system, but they cannot trace my booking number in their system - neither in booked or in payment failed. A bug?


As of today I am tired of yelling at Ezeego1 customer care and they do not provide an escalation path. The weirdest excuse I have heard from any customer care is that their "system is down" or "system is being upgraded". I see that many others have faced the same situation. The customer care personnel keep telling that money will be credited in 2-3 days, but they do not send any sort of assurance.
