Ezone/Samsung sells Defective Products

I bought a Samsung TV from eZone. Which had a picture tilted towards upper right corner. On complaining, the attendent or their engineer suggested to put something below the TV on the left side so that now the TV is tilted but the picture is straight.


Wow....................  I was speechless.


They really managed to get rid of my complaint.


Best Practices:*




*Best Practice 1: If you ever buy from eZone or a Samsung product. Ask for demo of the actual product that you will take home and take the product delivery right then in front of your eyes. Else they will demonstrate a right product but deliver a faulty one.*

*Best Practice 2: Better but from the brand showroom as I have experienced all my purchases from some other chain have one defect or the other.*

*Best Practice 3: Expect the attendant to beat chameleons in color changing skills as you will notice it soon after you have made the payment.***
