I bought a Sensei SCO 100C Fan Forced Oven from EzoneOnline on Dec 19, 2012. It was delivered in 3 days at my doorstep but, when I opened the package I found a used oven inside with turmeric stains on the lid and food left inside the container.
On giving a closer look I also found that the metal parts were rusted. It was a used oven and must have been used for a long time for such things to happen. I could not believe that I will have such a delivery from a future group company.
I was further disappointed when they did not reply to my emails or picked up my calls so that I could request a refund. I have been trying to contact them for a week now. I would recommend everyone not to buy anything from Ezone online or retail store.
