Careless customer delivery

EZONE in koramangala is really least bothered and arrogant about the customers,  I booked LG295TMG4 on 15th august at 11:00am, then sales guy told it will be delivered tomorrow evening at 4:00pm, the next day when we I called ezone , they gave some mobile number and told to call that number when I called him he spoke very rudely as if  he was delivering something free for me. and at last the fridge was delivered at 7:00pm when I was not in home but the colour was not the one I booked, immediately I went in person to ezone and told them what has happened then some guy came and told some mismatch has happened and told that he will deliver the right fridge tomorrow and take back the present one.


Then the next day ezone called up and said that the color is not available in the warehouse, so I need to wait for a day or two so I told them that I will not be using the fridge till then and deliver the right color they agreed, then on the third day they asked me some more days time , then I asked them how long I can keep the fridge like this without using it then on the fourth day


They asked me once for all 10 day time and one guy wrote on the bill the same information and gave it to me and told to use the fridge it is ok, then I started to use the fridge. Then after 10 days I called them no sign of delivery still they insisted to take time for delivery so I decided to inform this to LG after repeated calls to LG, ezone decided to deliver the display model kept in the showroom and  delivered that then in vain I had to accept that after lot of harassment compromising the showroom piece. then he took back the old fridge after exchanging the plates and all other removable stuff...  still the story is not over....


That day night the fridge is making lot of noise I had to switch of the fridge to sleep, next day I wen to ezone I told them the problem , but they argued that it is not their problem and they booked a complaint with LG , but I told them to deliver a sealed piece, he told why did you accept the fridge, after lot of harassment he as such a foolish question... then LG guy came and did something but noise is bit reduced but the noise still exists
