With so many electronic shops in the city and many exclusive showrooms it becomes difficult to find out who is offering the low prices.
I was thinking of buying a new television. Initially I checked out places like Croma, Big Bazaar, Viveks, Pai Electronics etc. One of my friend, asked me to check out the EZone showroom. He said this is one of the best places for cheaper electronic products & gives better option when it comes to brands & best price buy comparatively.
After reading some reviews on the net, I was really surprised to know that only nine percent recommendation has come from the customers & most of the customers were calling them cheaters, selling old models, defective products, misleading offers, discounts, poor after sales service & the list is never ending.
After comparing the prices in other showrooms, I purchased LG29FU6RG 29-inch Ultra Slim Fit Flat TV. The price of the LCD TV was less byaround five percent when compared to any other electronic shop. The sales staff was extremely courteous & they knew their job very well.
On 29th May 2010 I purchased Nokia Battery BP-5M, at the e Zone, Rajaji Nagar Branch, Bangalore, the MRP was Rs 1880, but I got it for Rs 590 (inc vat) Cash memo noT26/6004 & Tin no29880450772. I was surprised to know such a huge discount of around 200 percent. Still I am notable to understand such big discounts.

Hope they will rectify their errors & deliver good service to the customers. They should try to satisfy thecustomer & it should be their ultimate goal.
