Poor Delivery - no customer support

Well, the store is in city center mall-hyderabad and the ambience/decor inside and outside is very good. We went to ezoone to buy a microwave in diwali festive season. The prices were very competitive, infact better than other places we went to.


Wee bought an LG microwave worth 8700/- oven from EZone-City Center, Banjara Hills Hyderabad. Initially they had told about free air tickets, which they didn’t give as we went one day after Diwali and that offer was till Diwali only. However we were told that this LG microwave comes with a free starter kit. As it was out of stock, we were promised that it would be delivered along with microwave after three days. Microwave came on the promised date but without gift. We called Ezone and they told us that gift can’t be delivered at home as it was free. give me a break - is there something like paid gift too. anyhow they promised to deliver it at home. When nothing happened we went to Ezone again and came to know that it is still out of stock. Why they didn’t tell us before - its all LG’s fault we were told. Anyhow they tried to convince with a smaller microwave kit or a kit from Kenstar. Since driving down to City Center every weekend doesn’t seem to be fun, we accepted the offer. In short -  very poor support. no sympathy for customer after he has paid the money. No manager was available to help us. Very money minded and unprofessional staff.


Just one upside about the staff - one guy there was very good. He tried his best to help us by talking to his "managers" but looks like managers were not listening and the poor guy was helpless.
