I made the worst decision ever buying a refrigerator from this store. I paid the full amount and been assured the delivery after 10 days.On 5th day after payment they said they can’t deliver product. I asked them to return my money. They refused and assured me the delivery.
Despite making few dozens of calls they were just giving the reasons. 2 days after due date they delivered the product at night 11:30 PM without any Received bill receipt. On the next morning I came to know that it was a faulty product. I immediately informed them about.
They insisted me to get it inspected from the Service Center. I followed up with them but neither they nor the service center guy turned up.At last I went to the center to get the money. The Manager - who even looks like fraud, at first was reluctant to give me my money back as I have purchased it using credit card. But, after threating of police complaint + Case in consumer court he given me full cash back. Also, to my surprise, they were alluring me of a lemon set gift to compensate for all the mess, which is very ridiculous.My humble request to all the readers, do not even think of this store. They are fraud looters.
