I have purchased a few products until now on this shopping website. I had to be through worse experiences whenever I shopped here. Now, I would love to share those problems. A few things which have pestered me are:
Most of the products were sold out. Sometimes after placing the order, it gets out out of stock. At length, they take money but wind up by saying that product is out if stock.
They take around 15 to 20 days to refund the money.
Most of PIN codes weren’t eligible.
Shipping charges were very high. At length, you end up by paying higher than the original price.
If I have got a counterfeit products, I used to contact customer care for the refund of money. But they end up the argument by saying that they can only do the replacement.
So I would never love to recommend this kind of shopping websits.
