*** Weard and painful Experience with flipkart ***

I did not expected this much worst experience with flip-kart, I use to order hell a lot of products from flip-kart and I recommend to my friends as well. After the continuous dissatisfaction from flip-kart I stopped it.


I need to share this experience with all of you guys. Please be alert when you go with flip-kart do not blindly order in flip-kart.


I have ordered f & d speakers on 28th August 2014 and order-id is "OD40828098757", Received this product before the time specified and after I connected the product and tested, remote was not working. I really got pissed off, after a good searching work I have ordered it and this fail made distrust on flip-kart.


Since ws retail does not have any other, they gave me refund, For refund its a big story. I have ordered it through gift voucher and credit card. customer care representative will say one one thing at one one time when I call, they said all the amount will be credited to credit card, next time when I call they said request was not taken and failed, next time they said it’ll credit to both your credit card and gift voucher. Finally after a big fight I got it refunded.


Since I had gift vouchers, I have ordered Philips speakers from priceuncle seller, order-id is "ODA7266106233EAKTB00" - Again this product was defective. I was wondering the packing which was done. Packing was pathetic, I did not expect that from flip-kart, I escalated it for return on 19th Sept 2014 and got a call on 21st Sept 2014, it will be replaced in 2 days, Since I do not have trust on flip-kart I called them on 22nd Sept 2014. CSR told me wrongly this request has taken and will take a fresh request and again new request taken.


I raised the question what it happen, I did not got the answer from them, It was like from the morning I was calling to flip-kart everyone will put my call on hold and finally nobody will attend my call. A Lady called "Poushali Gosh" attend the call in the morning she put me on long hold for~25 to 35 min and finally disconnected. then "Jonali Talukdar" attend the call she told its wrong request and recreated it, when I asked her what happened, she has not replied anything and put me on hold then call got disconnected. Then called again and told that I need to escalate it and my call transferred to escalation desk and the guy who handled is "Syed".


I really do not know why the heck flip-kart recruit customer care representative like this. Also as far as my experience the way they handled customer become harsh, I have ordered Samsung tab4 and other shipments due to this pathetic and bull* service. I have cancelled the order. People you will also experience these kind of issue from flip-kart be alert!
