I heard about faaso’s from tv ad, so I thought let’s try it. I ordered jumbo paneer rice pack and app showed me the 37 min time counter but my ordered came up before the promised delivery time . I am really amazed with that kind of service .
After few days I ordered again and this time it gaves me 57 min time counter .but this time its heart breaking it came after 2 hrs from the promised delivery time and "**app chat with us**" option is useless its like we are sending emails to them and getting the response withing 48hrs. They need to polish their customer care service
