I ordered a biryani and they sent me pulao. I called and said this was wrong and refused to pay. They asked me to come with the delivery boy and please pick up the biryani.
I went there and the issue turned into argument and he pushed me against the wall for not paying money for the wrong order he is serving.
I was shocked and had to push him back and two three more MAWAALI boys and escape.
After raising the issue with Faaso’s on Facebook, no grave action was taken except some sorries from their side.
I wouldn’t recommend a place like Faasos to friends especially when there are decent restaurants out there with good mannerisms and humanly behaviour to get yourself treated with respect.
Dining and eating is no longer just the food. Its an experience businesses are spending millions of dollars on.
