I’’m a regular customer at faasos and i have been ordering from faasos when i was in Bangalore and now when i’’m in Delhi. This particular outlet of Faasos in south patel nagar is a disaster. They are just not able to manage the store. Every second time i order stuff from here, they either delay my order for almost 1.5 hrs or else they send me a wrong item. Last time i had ordered 2 wraps, 1 chicken and 1 veg and i got 2 veg wraps instead. Prior to this, i had ordered a pizza and there was hair of a guy in my pizza. Though they change the order every time but they are never able to get my order right in the first time itself.
