Poor Service Support from FABER

I have purchased a Cooking Range recently when we renovated our home.


I have been totally dis-satisfied with the product and also their after sales support.


The Product’s Burners are of LOW QUALITY. One of the burners of my cooking range(FCR 52L 4B BEG) has melted within 4 months of usage.


In my 25 years, I have never come across such a failure.


Further, contacting their Customer support is useless.


No Technician has attended to the complaint even after 2 days.


Calls to their service Manager in Pune has also not resulted in any action
