I purchased faber cook top 4 burners in oct 2011. It has auto ignition.and four burners with glass top. The cook top delivered was faulty and was replaced by another one.
In the replaced cook top one burner was faulty. One burner doesn’t work. I complained to the dealer. which was replaced.Now others are not working to my satisfaction. The vessel height gap is much more than reqd due to which the flame does not heat the vessel properly. There is lot of delay in auto ignition lighting.
Overall, product design is faulty.
