I purchased a Fabia 4 burner automatic kitchen top from Rocket Kitchen, Kirti Nagar. Within, 9 months of using the automatic function stopped functioning since the battery compartment got charred due to the heat. I called up Rocket Kitchen several times but everytime they came up with some excuse about how they do not have people to travel too far(they were ready to travel any time for installing the appliance after purchase though). The Fabia service is even more worse since the so called supervisor bluntly refuses to send anyone due to the distance.
DO NOT every buy from Rocket Kitchen, since their service sucks!
