I have purchased 4 burner cooktop and Chimney from Faber distributor Hi-tech kitchens Bangalore two weeks back. From the day one I ma feeling gas leakage. Technicians visited and always tries to prove that there is no leakage. They will consider it as leakage if it catch a fire. Not sure how the minor leakage gets fire immediately.
They will not try to test in any other way to find the leak. I did the bubble test and clearly two burners found leaks. This one of the worst product with stupid technicians with zero knowledge. I have decided to throw it out instead paying life for major damage. I simply lost 28000 for Chimney and Stove. Friends please be careful with Faber products. Simply unethical cheating business they are doing by selling used and defected products.
