Bought this product Crystal 40 CT more than a year back. It has a gas leak problem and has been serviced 3 times during warranty. Still the problem does not go away. The engineers are not trained and are not interested to solve the issue permanently.
Now that the product is out of warranty we will be asked for money for a defective product. Also gas leakage is a serious issue and is there a forum where we can complaint against Faber for very poor customer service and product.

We finally decided to replace the cook top with another one. Very disappointed by the service of Faber. Buying a new one is costing us additional money but we have no option. This is a daily use item and we cannot use a cooktop where gas does not stop leaking.
