Pathetic experience, the product stopped working in 8 months, the service person arrived after 6 days of raising request and now they are saying the PCB is damaged and it is already 5 more days and there is no update whatsoever and they are telling it will take longer. This has been annoying to take in smoke every single day since last 10 days now.
Ignore this product, I would have a say go with brands like Hindware rather than this!
Update: Its 20 days now and the Faber team has altogether stopped receiving the phone call!
Update 2: Its almost 30 days now and there is absolutely no response, please go with some other brand. Regretting buying this product.
