Faber India has learnt the art of frustrating its customer well. I happened to purchase a chimney and a hob from you on 12th of August. Just an hour after installation the chimney stopped working. A complain was posted with you the next day to which a technician visited my place to fix it. Instead of resolving the issue he made it worse as the motor made more noise that ever and the buttons got stuck every time.
The chimney stopped working again the next day. This experience was enough for me to ask for a replacement since the installed chimney was just a junk hanging from my kitchen wall. A replacement was promised by your Bangalore service center incharge. He took all the necessary documents and never to be heard from or seen again. It has been 2 months since then, no one even cared to respond in spite of calling the customer care and lodging a complaint with them.
Since then I have been calling everyday to your customer care and they have very well learnt the art of promising and never return back. Felt this is the only way I could go ahead with my complaint. Please refer to my complain no - 1508241489441 for necessary details. - A frustrated customer
