We didn’t needed any Chimney in our kitchen before but when we moved to our new place beacuse of my father’s transfer, the kitchen was so small that only cooking few dishes and the kitchen would fill with smoke and also there was no ventilation and thus led us to buy a chimney.
We didn’t had much knowledge of chimneys or anything so we just decided to buy in the market and we saw this chimney and it looked good so we bought it.
After buying we were told that chimney will be installed very next day but took a week.Then the installers came and they themselves had no idea how to do it and install it
They kept asking us if this way its ok or not as if we had any idea.Then after a hassle of 2 hours and talking to someone on phone I guess instructor how to install they fitted it.
But the very next day it was not working and was just noise and noise, we called for emergency as they wouldn’t come and they checked it and made it worse and it started making more noise and didn’t started again.
They asked for repair money but we told them we would go for customer court if he didn’t replaced it.They didn’t but we got refund after fighting for 2 months.We really dont want anyone to suffer the same headache.So please dont buy, get a good company’s product.
