I wated to purchase a chimney after along research. I purchased this faber chimneys. I purchased this chimney from a retail store. The product is delivered on and installed on the same day of my purchase which is good. The chimney works very good for 1 month but after that it stopped working. I contacted manufacturer service centre and raise a complain about the product.
The technician repair the product but the charges of servicing is very high 400rs. I will not recommended this product to anyone because of pathetic service provided by the manufacturer and the price of the product is also very high
