Faber India is one among the many who do not value customers after they sell their products. Though they have some of the best cooking ranges in the market (there are many more premium Italian kitchen ranges that Faber sells abroad) the Indian counterpart lack in after sale support.
Faber India has outsourced the work to some 3rd parties and they have the typical Indian attitude of take it or leave it when it comes to after sale service, especially in Pune. Though you may find the customer care center registering your complaint promptly, they pass it on to some local untrained servicing partners.
In my case, the technician came in to clean and service the cooking range and spoiled 2 of the automatic ignition lighters. On reporting the problem to the customer care center, they are not ready to attend to this problem for the last 5-6 months. Repeated complaints are of no use.
Moreover the technicians do not come with any identity proof to show that they are Faber staff/trained technicians.
Considering the quality of service and response from the company, I would not recommend Faber India for cooking ranges.
