This is pathetic experience with Fabhotels.com
I did a booking of 2 rooms long back for the date 6th oct 2018 in SEHEJ INN hotel which is located at karol bagh, Amount was fully paid We were on city tour and so tired and reached at hotel around 8:30 in night, at hotel reception they have refused and said their is no bookings of yours, and we have stopped working with fabhotels as we didnt get our old payments and they said we are closed to take bookings from fab hotels site. bellow I have attached proofs and other docs.
we called costumer care after 15 min of wait they said we forgot to inform hotel, "i mean this is really unprofessional you are taking money confirming on same then this reply "
then after 2 hour of discussion they have allotted us low category hotel name is Kochar Continental now I am attaching pics of this hotel.and have a look at the room.
no toiletries, faded bed sheets, smelly room, toned carpets, spider web so so horrible "
Conclusion - never ever book hotel rooms with Fab hotels because their tie ups are very unprofessional, even call center are also not good.
